Velos Sync is an operational tool, not an analytics product. Every feature below exists to remove a manual step from running the shops you already own.
Create, edit and retire listings from one editor. Titles, descriptions, photos, tags, materials, production partners, variations and per-variation pricing are mapped to each connected marketplace's own listing structure. Draft-first: nothing publishes until you press publish, and you can preview the exact payload per channel.
Link listings across shops into one stock pool. A sale on any channel decrements the pool and pushes the new quantity to the others. Set per-channel buffers if you want to hold a few units back, or mark an item as one-of-a-kind so it is pulled everywhere on first sale.
New orders from every connected shop land in one list with buyer shipping address, selected variations, personalization notes and channel-specific fulfillment deadlines. Filter by shop, status or due date. Orders are pulled on a schedule and can be refreshed on demand.
Generate packing slips, record the carrier and tracking number, and mark orders shipped. Velos Sync writes the tracking number and shipped status back to the originating marketplace so the buyer gets the notification through the channel they bought on.
Change price, quantity, tags, section or shipping profile across a filtered set of listings. Every bulk run shows a line-by-line diff of what will change before it executes, and produces a receipt afterwards so you can see exactly what was written.
A plain summary of your own orders, revenue and best sellers across your connected shops — the numbers you would otherwise export by hand. This is your data about your shops only. Velos Sync never aggregates or exposes other sellers' data.
When you connect a shop you see this list on the marketplace's own authorization screen. We request the narrowest set that makes the features above work, and nothing beyond it.

We do not request buyer email addresses. Velos Sync does not message buyers, does not run marketing campaigns, and does not need a buyer's email to do any of the work above. If you revoke access from your marketplace account or disconnect the shop in Velos Sync, all syncing for that shop stops immediately.
